Download problems

I did not get a download link or I am not sure if I ordered

Please read all of this answer. When you pay for eBay Classified Profit via Clickbank you will receive a receipt from Clickbank with the download link. If you have not received the link, and have not received an invoice from Clickbank, then there is a good chance that you have not ordered (receipts are automatically sent out after payment). So please contact us and include your name, e- mail address and the date you ordered, and we will do our best to find your order - and provide you with access instructions if you have ordered.

I have downloaded the file, but I get a corrupt message.

Try downloading the file second time - this will solve the problem in most cases. Please do not left click on the file - rather, right - click and choose "Save file as" - and then open it once it has been downloaded.

If you are still experiencing problems and can not download the file correctly, then please contact us and we will deal with your problem  as quickly as possible.

How can I arrange a refund for eBay Classified Profit?

Please send us a copy of the invoice you should have received from Clickbank upon ordering. Send the eight digit invoice number and ideally a copy of the whole invoice to process your refund fast.

I lost my copy of 'eBay Classified Profit', how can I get my hands on another copy?

Just send us a message and include your Clickbank Receipt number. We will send you a new copy right away.

Can you guarantee that I will make money with eBay Classified Profit?
